We uphold respect, integrity, and fair play in all aspects of competition and life. Our athletes and

supporters demonstrate humility in victory and grace in defeat.

Success is earned through dedication, discipline, and relentless effort. We encourage a strong work ethic on

the field, in the classroom, and in the community.

A – Accountability

We take responsibility for our actions, commitments, and team. Each member is accountable to themselves,

their teammates, coaches, and the organization.

Respect for coaches, teammates, opponents, officials, and the game itself is essential. We promote an

environment of mutual respect both on and off the field.

We believe in guiding and uplifting one another. Older athletes and supporters serve as role models, 
fostering leadership and personal growth in younger players.
